Job Role:

  • Participate in given technical assignment in company's network infrastructure project.
  • Involve and take part in project study for network infrastructure design
  • Communicate and collaborate with multi tier personnel, such as clients, partners and vendors for scope of deliverable.
  • Take part in project delivery, management, Installation, configure, test and maintain network infrastructure
  • Prepare pre and post-project documentation
  • Liaise with vendors and IT personnel for solution resolution and escalation if require.
  • Attending to Level-2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues and ensure meeting SLA
  • Act as advisor and technical educator for non technical team members in aspect of IT network knowledge and know how.

Requirements:

  • Diploma and above in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Telecommunications) or equivalent
  • IT Network knowledge (OSI network layers, TCP/IP, Switching, Routing, VLAN , Wireless)
  • IT Security knowledge (Firewall, EndPoint Security, Policy and Enforcement of Unified Threat Management)
  • Ability to understand, produce network diagrams, documentation for design and planning network systems
  • Hands-on experience with configuration, monitoring and network diagnostic
  • CCNA/HCIA or higher would be added advantage
  • Project management experience or having been integral to projects would be advantage
  • Minimum 2 – 5 years working experience in IT network support position

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3, RM6,000.00 per month
