About the role

This is an excellent opportunity to join Cortina Watch Sdn Bhd as a Client Consultant based in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. As a Client Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our valued clients. This is a full-time position within our thriving retail business.

What you'll be doing

  1. Delivering outstanding customer service and building strong relationships with clients
  2. Assisting clients with product selection and providing expert advice and guidance
  3. Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets
  4. Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of our product range and industry trends
  5. Contributing to the overall success and growth of the Kota Kinabalu store
  6. Ensuring a tidy, organised and visually appealing retail environment

What we're looking for

  1. Proven sales experience, preferably within the luxury retail or service industry
  2. Excellent customer service skills and a passion for providing exceptional client experiences
  3. Strong product knowledge and the ability to make informed recommendations
  4. Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  5. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  6. Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as required
  7. Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
