About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Executive, Finance & Accountsto join our dynamic team at Puchong. This is a full-time position based in Puchong, Selangor. As the Executive, Finance & Accounts, you will be responsible for supporting the overall Finance & Accounts function, contributing to the success of our organisation.

What you'll be doing

Invoicing Process: Reviewing, verifying and approving E-invoices in the accounting system, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.

Financial Accounting and Reporting: Assisting with month-end and year-end closing activities, such as preparing journal vouchers, maintaining the accruals, prepayments and bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and timely reporting. Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and yearly reports.

SST Monitoring: Monitor and ensure that SST is being complied accurately during invoicing, preparation of SST submission and payments on quarterly basis.

Fixed Asset and Inventory Management: Ensure that all fixed assets and inventories are properly recorded and maintained.

Compliance & Audit: Ensure compliance with all relevant tax and regulatory requirements, accounting standards and internal control policies; support in audits and ensure timely statutory submissions.

Insurance Monitoring: Update and monitor general insurance expiry, renewal and any claims processes.

Process Improvement: Assist in finance process enhancements and ad hoc finance duties assigned by superior as needed.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree/diploma in Finance or related discipline

Minimum 2 years working experience in a similar role with proven track record

Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office (especially in EXCEL)

Detail-oriented, able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
