Position Overview
We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented
Systems Analyst
to join our technology and operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating business processes, identifying system requirements, and implementing technological solutions that align with organizational goals.

You will collaborate with developers, project managers, and key stakeholders to design, document, and optimize workflows that enhance system functionality and user experience. The ideal candidate has strong problem-solving skills, a deep understanding of business processes, and the ability to translate technical requirements into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend system enhancements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, document, and validate business and technical requirements
• Develop detailed system documentation including use cases, workflow diagrams, and data flow maps
• Translate business needs into functional and non-functional system specifications
• Coordinate with developers and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation of system designs
• Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and post-deployment validation
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth operation
• Evaluate existing systems and propose upgrades, integrations, or automation opportunities
• Assist in project planning, resource coordination, and risk management related to system implementations
• Stay informed on emerging technologies and recommend improvements that align with business objectives

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• 3–5 years of professional experience as a Systems Analyst or in a similar technical business role
• Strong understanding of systems design, database structures, and integration principles
• Experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management
• Familiarity with project management and software development life cycles (SDLC, Agile, or Waterfall)
• Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, or other diagramming applications
• Basic knowledge of SQL and experience working with relational databases
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts into clear business terms
• Experience working with U.S.-based clients or projects is highly preferred
