Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and analyze cost estimates for construction projects.
  • Conduct feasibility studies to assess project viability.
  • Develop and manage budgets, contracts, and tender documents.
  • Monitor project costs and progress, providing regular updates.
  • Collaborate with project teams, including architects and engineers.
  • Negotiate contracts with clients and subcontractors.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide financial advice and support throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
  • 3 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying.
  • Proficiency in cost estimation software and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Knowledge of construction methods and industry regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3, RM3,500.00 per month
