Sales Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities
1. Enquiry & Customer Support
- Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp, and online enquiries from families.
- Provide clear information on nursing home services, pricing, facilities, and admission processes.
- Schedule appointments, tours, and assessments.
- Follow up with potential clients professionally.
2. Admissions Coordination
- Assist families with documentation, forms, and registration.
- Coordinate with nurses and operations team for assessments and room availability.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, bookings, and admissions.
3. Sales Operations & Reporting
- Prepare quotations, service packages, and price breakdowns.
- Update sales pipelines and enquiry logs daily.
- Track leads, conversion rates, and monthly reports for management.
- Manage client data in CRM / internal system.
4. Administrative Support
- Assist with agreement preparation, renewal reminders, and payment coordination.
- Support the development of marketing materials or brochures (if required).
- Maintain proper filing, records, and documentation.
5. Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain good relationships with families and referral partners (hospitals, social workers, clinics).
- Provide after-care support for families when needed.
- Ensure excellent service experience from first contact to admission.
Requirements
- Minimum SPM/Diploma in Business, Admin, Marketing, or equivalent.
- Experience in customer service, sales support, or admin roles is an advantage.
- Pleasant communication skills, patient, and able to handle family enquiries professionally.
- Comfortable working in a healthcare/elderly care environment.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
- Basic Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2, RM4,000.00 per month
