We're looking for a passionate Sales Executive to join Distinctive Group in Iskandar Puteri, Johor If you love building connections and achieving results, this is your chance to shine and grow with our team.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Plan, organise and execute daily sales activities.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
  • Engage with potential customers, understand their needs, and provide the best property solutions.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals professionally while maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Liaise with purchasers, solicitors and bankers to ensure the smooth completion of all sales processes.
  • Participate in marketing events, roadshows and property exhibitions.
  • Continuously expand your product knowledge and stay updated with market trends.
  • Perform any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by your superior.

What We're Looking For

  • Positive working attitude, self-motivated and result-oriented.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willing to work on weekends and public holidays (as required for events).
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
  • Experience in property sales, leasing or commercial projects will be an added advantage.
