Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for SAP MM/PS/SuccessFactors Consultants based in Selangor, Malaysia. As an SAP Consultant, you will be responsible for analyzing, managing, and optimizing business processes, providing expert consulting services to clients, supporting integration of SAP solutions with other systems, and maintaining master data quality across modules. You will assist in mapping client requirements to SAP functionalities and work closely with teams to implement effective solutions tailored to client business operations.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills to identify, evaluate, and resolve complex issues effectively.
  • Experience in Consulting and supporting clients with tailored solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Understanding of Business Process optimization and the ability to implement improvements leveraging SAP modules.
  • Proficiency in handling Master Data and maintaining its accuracy within SAP systems.
  • Knowledge of Integration processes to ensure seamless operation between SAP systems and other tools or platforms.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team and with clients.
  • Relevant work experience in SAP MM, PS, or SuccessFactors modules is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Industry 4.0 processes and digital transformation practices is an added advantage.
