About the role

DKSH Malaysia Sdn Bhd, a leading Market Expansion Services provider, is seeking an experienced and proactive Manager, HR Business Partner to join their dynamic HR team in Klang, Selangor. This full-time role is critical in supporting the overall HR strategy and driving business objectives through strategic HR initiatives and effective stakeholder management.

What you'll be doing

  • Serve as a trusted HR business partner, providing strategic and operational HR support to assigned business units
  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand their needs and challenges, and develop tailored HR solutions
  • Provide guidance and expertise on a range of HR areas, including talent management, employee relations, performance management, and organisational development
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of HR policies, programmes, and initiatives that enhance employee experience and business performance
  • Analyse HR data and metrics to identify trends, inform decision-making, and drive continuous improvement
  • Promote a positive, inclusive, and engaging work culture that aligns with the company's values

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar HR business partner or generalist role, preferably within a multinational or consulting environment
  • Significant knowledge and expertise in HR best practices, including talent management, employee relations, and organisational development
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to understand and address the unique needs of different business functions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive informed decision-making
  • Proficiency in SAP, MS Office applications ie Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
