Responsibilities:
Driving commercial effectiveness by leading the planning and execution of pricing strategies, sales and promotion initiatives, forecasting, and budgeting. This role ensures consistent tracking, follow-up, and implementation of corrective actions to meet business objectives.

• Lead the planning and execution of pricing, sales, and promotional initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Manage the sales forecasting and budgeting process, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Drive follow-up, performance tracking, and initiate corrective actions where necessary to ensure commercial targets are met.
• Oversee the local Customer Service team, ensuring efficient and customer-centric operations.
• Foster close collaboration with customer ordering teams to improve demand insights and planning accuracy.
•Lead the implementation, usage, and continuous improvement of sales-related systems and tools to improve pricing accuracy, rebate transparency, and operational efficiency.
•Deliver data-driven business insights through analytics and reporting to support commercial strategies and market responsiveness.
• Act as a key contributor in driving system and process improvements across the commercial function.
•Support cross-functional collaboration between Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Marketing teams.
To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:
• A degree in the related job field.
• At least 8 years or more working exposure or experience in a similar role.
• Willing to relocate to the job location.
