Job Description
- Lead and manage all T&C activities for electrical and mechanical systems (HV, MV, LV, MEP).
- Develop and implement commissioning strategies, schedules, and documentation.
- Coordinate with design, construction, QA/QC, and vendor teams to ensure readiness for commissioning.
- Oversee FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing), SAT (Site Acceptance Testing), and Integrated Systems Testing (IST).
- Ensure compliance with IEEE, IEC, ISO, and local regulatory standards.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation plans during commissioning phases.
- Organize and lead commissioning meetings, reporting progress and resolving technical issues.
- Ensure all systems are commissioned safely and efficiently, ready for operational handover.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering field.
- 8 –10 years of experience in testing & commissioning
- Proven experience in data centers, or mission-critical infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of electrical protection systems, SCADA, HVAC, and power distribution.
- Familiarity with Malaysian utility standards (e.g., TNB, ST) and international codes.
- Proficient in commissioning tools, documentation, and reporting.
- Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
