  • Experience:
  • 7+ years of engineering experience with 5 years in data center commissioning or critical infrastructure commissioning, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Extensive experience commissioning complex systems within data centers, including electrical, HVAC, fire suppression, cooling, and backup power systems.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage commissioning projects from start to finish.
  • Skills:
  • In-depth understanding of construction and data center infrastructure, systems design, and commissioning processes.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in the use of commissioning software, project management tools, and reporting systems.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • Relevant certifications in commissioning or data center operations (e.g., LEED, CxA, BICSI, or equivalent) are highly desirable.
