Job description

Samurai 2K Sdn. Bhd is looking for an organized and proactive Business Administration Intern If you're detail-oriented, enjoy coordinating tasks, and want to gain hands-on experience in business operations, and HR Management, this is the opportunity for you.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet and attend to visitors at the front desk and handle incoming phone calls professionally.
  • Support day-to-day administrative tasks including filing, photocopying, and data entry.
  • Manage and organize incoming/outgoing mail and courier services.
  • Assist in scheduling interviews and updating recruitment tracking records.
  • Support HR staff in screening resumes and shortlisting candidates.
  • Help prepare onboarding materials and coordinate orientation for new hires.
  • Maintain and replenish office supplies and stationery.
  • Assist in organizing internal HR activities and staff events.
  • Ensure the reception area is clean, professional, and welcoming at all times.
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the HR/Admin team.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of administration is plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong communication skills.

Authority:

Access to HR Documents (with supervision) - Authorized to handle, file, and manage basic HR and administrative documents under the guidance of the HR Executive.

Coordinate Interview Schedules - Permitted to communicate with job applicants for scheduling interviews, as directed by the HR team.

Manage Front Desk Operations - Empowered to manage reception duties, including attending to visitors and answering incoming calls, representing the company's front-line image.

Accountability :

Confidentiality and Data Handling - Responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of HR data and employee records at all times.

Timely Completion of Assigned Tasks - Accountable for completing assigned administrative and recruitment support tasks within agreed deadlines.

Professional Front Desk Management - Ensures the reception area is welcoming, tidy, and functions smoothly as the first point of contact for guests and vendors.

Job Type: Internship

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM800.00 per month
