As a Premier Banking Affluent Client Relationship Manager at OCBC, you'll have the opportunity to work with a select group of clients, providing tailored financial solutions and exceptional service. It starts with understanding the unique needs and desires of each client. You'll take a holistic approach to relationship management, identifying opportunities to provide value-added services and solutions that meet their individual needs. By building trust and delivering exceptional service, you'll drive client loyalty and growth.
What you do
- Manage a portfolio of high net worth clients, providing tailored financial solutions and advice
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to provide value-added services
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver integrated financial solutions
- Conduct regular portfolio reviews and provide market updates to clients
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the client base
Who you are
- A degree in a relevant field, such as finance or business
- At least 5 years of experience in private banking or wealth management
- Strong understanding of investment products and financial markets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with high net worth individuals and families
- Strong business development and sales skills
