Jobscope:
- Provided administrative support including invoicing, process order, filling, delivery orders, operation scheduling and handle courier services.
- Assist with other ad-hoc duties as required from time to time.
- Attend to all incoming and outgoing telephone calls, visitors, receive mails, documents and handle courier services.
- Calling customer for pick up their consoles and payments.
- Daily task include renew ads in Facebook / IG and other social media platform.
- Attend walk in customers professionally
Job Requirements:
- Self-driven and holds a positive learning attitude
- Meticulous and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- Good communication skills to liaise with people from all level
- Have own transportation (added value)
- Working hour 5 and half working days:
- Wed to Sun: 10.30am to 7.30pm & Mon 10am to 2pm
- Fresh graduate and/or no experience can apply
- Basic English and Fluent BM is required
