Requirement:
- Handle daily administrative tasks such as documentation, filing, and correspondence.
- Support HR operations including preparing appointment letters, managing leave, attendance, and employee records.
- Maintain employee files and monitor staff attendance & discipline.
- Prepare HR and administrative reports as required.
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
- Perform any other related tasks when assigned
Requirements
- Male candidate preferred.
- Minimum SPM/Diploma in Administration, Human Resource, or related field.
- Proficient in computer skills (Word, Excel, email).
- Good communication skills and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Responsible, trustworthy, hardworking, and positive attitude.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Pay: RM1, RM2,500.00 per month
