Requirement:

  • Handle daily administrative tasks such as documentation, filing, and correspondence.
  • Support HR operations including preparing appointment letters, managing leave, attendance, and employee records.
  • Maintain employee files and monitor staff attendance & discipline.
  • Prepare HR and administrative reports as required.
  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
  • Perform any other related tasks when assigned

Requirements

  • Male candidate preferred.
  • Minimum SPM/Diploma in Administration, Human Resource, or related field.
  • Proficient in computer skills (Word, Excel, email).
  • Good communication skills and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Responsible, trustworthy, hardworking, and positive attitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract

Pay: RM1, RM2,500.00 per month
