About the Role

We are looking for a strategic and creative Social Media Manager to join our growing team at Hubtal in Kuala Lumpur. In this role, you will lead our group's social media strategy.

You will guide our local teams across multiple markets to create compelling content for our distinct brands (Emerhub, Recruitgo, etc.), ensuring each voice is authentic and aligned with our overarching business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development & Guidance:
    Develop, own, and evolve the overarching global social media strategy for the Emerhub group's portfolio of brands. Provide strategic direction, best-practice playbooks, and brand guidelines to local market executives.
  • Content Planning:
    Collaborate with regional marketing and sales teams to create and manage comprehensive monthly and quarterly content calendars for each brand. Ensure a consistent pipeline of high-value content that addresses our diverse target audiences' pain points and interests.
  • Content Review & Quality Assurance:
    Act as the primary reviewer and approver for all social media content produced by local teams. Ensure content is accurate, engaging, on-brand for each respective company, and optimized for each platform (especially LinkedIn).
  • Brand Consistency:
    Champion the distinct brand voices and visual identities of Emerhub, Recruitgo, and other group companies, ensuring consistency and clarity across all social media channels and markets.
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting:
    Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using key metrics. Use data-driven insights to refine strategy, optimize content, and demonstrate ROI for each brand.
  • Trend & Platform Management:
    Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, B2B marketing trends, and platform algorithm changes to ensure our strategy remains effective and innovative.

Qualifications & Experience

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a strong, demonstrable focus on social media management.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful social media strategies, particularly on networks like LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and Tiktok.
  • Excellent command of the English language, with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
