Cablex Systems SDN.BHD is seeking skilled Production Assembly Operators to join the team in our brand-new factory in Malaysia. Permanent full-time roles are on offer, with the opportunity to contribute to the success of our growing manufacturing operations.

Production Assembly Operators
  • Assemble and install electronic wiring, parts and fixtures using hand tools and electronic tools according to specifications and quality standards
  • Perform quality checks to ensure products meet requirements
  • Maintain a safe and organised work environment
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures

Production Assembly Operators requirements

  • Previous experience in a production or assembly role, preferably in the manufacturing industry
  • Certificate in SPVM, IKM, ILP, MLVK, Giat Mara or a Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics equivalent fields is preferred but not essential
  • Must be able to read, understand and speak basic English
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Mechanical mindset and dexterity to operate various hand tools and equipment
  • Must not be colorblind and in good health
  • Willingness to work in a team environment and contribute to a collaborative culture
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Basic computer skills
