:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with overseas agents, airlines and customers
  • Training and management of export import team towards maximum performance and Job satisfaction
  • Rate negotiations with airlines and suppliers
  • Tally check Invoices against GP Job II sting
  • Maintain quality standards for operational export and import procedures and Improve them where necessary
  • Work towards on meeting customs rules and regulations
  • Master the export and import process, actively and support provided to the team
  • Customer service lo the clients. Liason with specific customers to maintain customer base
  • Establish and maintain a good working relationship with suppliers
  • Contribute to development of team
  • Assure timely billing as per company policy
  • Develop, review, maintain & Implement of ISO Procedure for Airfreight, Penang Branch
    • Responsible for customer contacts, follow up contacts per telephone and visits
    • Liaison with all customer for any queries
  • Assist In preparation of quotation
  • Arrange collections and deliveries
  • Contribute to development of team
  • Assure timely billing as per company policy
  • Assist In Account Receivables

Requirements :

  • At least 5 years relevant working experience, Knowledge of customs. Preferably knowledge of air or sea freight Industry and processes.
  • Familiar with and well able to work within the Import/export process
  • Knows supplier conditions, deliver terms, Inca terms and purchasing conditions
  • Knows risk and Insurance terms
  • Familiar with and able to work with company's quality and environmental policies
  • Good knowledge of computer system, both Import/exports and invoicing
