Job Description
- Performing and monitoring store/warehouse inventory levels and implement effective inventory control measure
- Cooperate with logistics PIC for inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery
- Coordinate with Sales PIC on stocks quantity confirmation and readiness
- Ensure and maintain inventory accuracy
- Ensure proper documentation of incoming and outgoing goods
- Daily record forms (Material Request, Return Slip and etc.)
- Checking and review the monthly stock count and report to Account PIC
- Receive and coordinate material requests from relevant departments and key in data in system
- Maintain ongoing communication with relevant departments to confirm accurate data delivery
Job Requirement
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent in related field
- Possess at least 1 year of relevant working experience in store/warehouse management and operation
- Familiar with store/warehouse management systems and Microsoft office.
- Ability to handle multiple types of products in different volumes.
- Possess problem-solving and decision making abilities
- Good command in English & Malay for both written and oral
- High disciplinary and responsibility
- Attention to detail, accuracy and good in record-keeping & data management
- Able to start work immediately is a PRIORITY
Working days & hours:
Monday - Friday (8.30am - 5.30pm)
Saturday (8am - 1pm)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
