Job Description

  • Plan & Execute: Manage full installation scope—racks, cabling, containment, labeling, testing, and handover.
  • Coordinate: Work closely with clients, consultants, MEP teams, vendors, and subcontractors.
  • Ensure Quality & Safety: Comply with Google GDC Specs, ASHRAE, TIA-942, BICSI standards; enforce HSE requirements.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Prepare progress reports, maintain accurate records, and update as-built drawings.
  • Testing & Commissioning: Support fiber OTDR tests, power checks, grounding, and client validation.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise engineers, technicians, and subcontractors; ensure productivity and discipline.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Engineering (IT, Electrical, Telecom, Mechanical) or related field.
  • 3–8 years experience in Data Center / ICT / MEP / Cabling / Rack Installation.
  • Strong knowledge of structured cabling, rack deployment, containment systems, and DC power distribution.
  • Able to read rack layouts, cable schedules, and method statements.
  • Valid CIDB & safety cards (or willing to obtain).
