Requirement for the above position:

•   Minimum SPM/Diploma or equivalent in related field.

•   Experience in inventory / stock control management is an added advantage

•   Good communication skills, including the ability to write and speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia.

•   High organisational and negotiation skills, analytical and possess business acumen.

•   Able to work independently and having good positive working attitude, i.e proactive and self/motivated.

•   Possess high sense of responsibilities, Detail-oriented and able to work at own initiative.

•   Manages correspondence by answering emails and sorting mail

•   Drafts, formats, and prints relevant documents

•   Maintains stock lists and orders office supplies as needed

•   Maintains accurate inventory records 

•   Photocopies and files appropriate documents as needed

•   May take care of website functions and social media profiles

•   Manages reception area and looks after visitors/customers

•   Perform data-entry, documentation, printing and filling duties

•   Maintain a proper and user-friendly filling and document control system for recording and tracking of all documents.

•   Assist on any ad-hoc tasks as required by the dept.

•   Ability to multi-task and work independently as well as in a team.

•   Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Words and PowerPoint) and experience in using QNE software is an advantageous.
