We are seeking a responsible and highly organized Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks and office operations
- Maintain and organize files, records, and documents
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare reports, memos, letters, and other documents
- Coordinate with internal departments and external parties
- Perform any other admin-related tasks assigned by management
Minimum Qualifications
- SPM / Diploma in Business Administration or related field
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Skills & Requirements
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Responsible and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good time-management and problem-solving skills
- Able to start work immediately or short notice is an added advantage
