Account & Admin Assistant

Responsibilities:
General accounting: Data Entry , ensuring all transactions are processed accurately.
Maintain Autocount/SQL system: Ensure all transactions are maintained in the system, including Cash & Bank.
Bank Reconciliation: Assist with monthly bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
Handle administrative tasks: Filing, coordinating payment documents, and arranging dispatch.
Job Requirements:
At least SPM/Diploma with accounting knowledge. Otherwise, 1-2 years of relevant working experience will be an advantage.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite.
Possess a willing-to-learn and proactive attitude
Must be able to work independently and be resourceful
Well organized with excellent time management, computer and communication skills
Preference for candidate to start work immediately.
