Job Vacancy: Account cum Admin Assistant

Location: Bandar Sri Permaisuri, Kuala Lumpur

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Account cum Admin Assistant to support our accounting and administrative functions.

Job Responsibilities:

- Handle daily accounting tasks, including invoicing, payment processing, and bookkeeping.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and maintaining accurate records.
- Manage document control, ensuring proper filing and tracking of financial and project-related documents.
- Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, correspondence, and office organization.
- Liaise with suppliers, clients, and external parties on financial matters.
- Ensure compliance with accounting procedures and company policies.
- Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM/Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Experience with accounting software is an advantage.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Preferably with 1 year of relevant experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).

Salary & Benefits:

- Salary: RM2,000 - RM2,500 (depending on experience)
- EPF, SOCSO & EIS provided
