JOB DESCRIPTION

·       Assist in month-end closing, journal entries and bank reconciliations

·       Verify claims and ensure accuracy and completeness of records

·       Laise with vendors, banks and internal departments to ensure smooth payment workflow.

·       Handle daily payment processing including verification of supporting documents and preparation of payment batches.

·       Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure all documents are properly filed and traceable.

·       The issuance of invoices, payments, and statements of accounts for all respective client and supplier accounts;

·       Support the Accounts Manager in preparing management reports and financial summaries

·       Involves in tax and audit schedules preparation when required.

·       Undertake special assignments, ad hoc functions, and other duties as necessary.

REQUIREMENTS:

·       Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field

·       Minimum 3 years of accounting experience

·       Able to work independently and manage deadlines.

·       A sharp eye for accuracy and an analytical approach to problem-solving.

·       Positive attitude and willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.

·       Mandarin-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply
