  • Develop and execute leasing strategies to optimise occupancy levels and rental returns.
  • Identify, attract, and secure new tenants while maintaining strong relationships with existing tenants.
  • Lead lease negotiations, renewals, and revisions in line with market conditions and company objectives.
  • Coordinate with relevant authorities on operational matters including permits, licences, insurance, safety, and security requirements.
  • Work closely with marketing teams to promote vacant units and enhance property visibility.
  • Monitor market trends, rental benchmarks, and competing properties to support informed leasing decisions.
  • Liaise with property management and legal teams to ensure compliance and smooth leasing operations.

  • Prepare regular leasing performance reports and updates for management review.
    Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.

  • Minimum
    5 years' experience
    in commercial property leasing, specifically
    office towers and/or retail properties
    .
  • Strong understanding of the Kuala Lumpur commercial property market and relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Proven track record in meeting leasing targets and managing commercial property portfolios.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
