Key responsibilities

  • Present a professional leasing portfolio (including past deals, tenant mix, marketing materials, and leasing strategies) to management and prospective clients
  • Demonstrate strong confidence and negotiation ability to market and lease office lots at a rental rate of 5.50 per sq ft
  • Actively source, engage, and follow up with potential corporate tenants for office spaces
  • Conduct office unit viewings and deliver persuasive presentations highlighting value, location, and facilities
  • Negotiate rental terms, lease conditions, and closing of tenancy agreements
  • Prepare and manage leasing documentation, including offers, LOIs, and tenancy agreements

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM7,000.00 per month
