About The Job

  • Conduct market research on retail trends that contribute to leasing strategies.
  • Source and secure new tenants that align with the retail projects and target demographic.
  • Build rapport with landlords and retailers for long-term business partnerships.
  • Be involved in the end-to-end leasing process, from negotiation and documentation to tenant relations.
  • Work closely with internal departments (legal, finance, operations, marketing) to ensure seamless lease execution and tenant support.
  • Prepare leasing reports, manage data, and contribute to budget planning and revenue tracking.

Skills And Experience Required

  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field
  • At least 1 year experience in retail leasing
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Willingness to travel for project purposes
