About the role

As the Store Manager for Lonkoom perfume at ULTRA MOON SDN. BHD., you will be responsible for leading and managing a dynamic retail team to drive sales and deliver an exceptional customer experience. This full-time position is located at our Tun Razak Exchange store in Kuala Lumpur.

What you'll be doing

  1. Oversee daily store operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and cash handling
  2. Provide excellent customer service and ensure the store provides a welcoming environment
  3. Analyse sales data and develop strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
  4. Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing retail team
  5. Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising to company standards
  6. Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3 years' experience in a retail management role, preferably in the beauty or fashion industry
  2. Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  3. Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
  4. Proficient in data analysis to drive sales and operational improvements
  5. Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment
  6. Knowledge of retail best practices, visual merchandising, and inventory management
