Lonkoom Parfum is looking for an enthusiastic Store Staff to join our team and oversee the operations of our flagship store.

As the proud brand owner of Lonkoom, we are committed to delivering exceptional experiences to our customers through innovative e-commerce operations.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Retail Strategy Implementation: Execute the company's retail strategy to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
  2. Sales Analysis: Analyze daily sales performance and customer footfall to optimize store operations and drive sales growth.
  3. Customer Service Excellence: Handle customer inquiries, objections, and after-sales services, resolving any issues to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  4. Customer Relationship Management: Manage customer information and cultivate customer relationships to enhance brand loyalty and drive repeat business.
  5. Collaboration:Coordinate with shopping malls and other management departments to ensure smooth store operations and effective communication.

Job Requirements:

  1. No experience limit; candidates with retail management experience are preferred.
  2. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a passion for sales.
  3. Cheerful demeanor, proactive attitude, and a strong team player.
  4. Presentable appearance and professional demeanor.
  5. Proficient in Malay, Chinese, and English.
