About Us

We are an upcoming premium perfume retail boutique opening soon at TRX Exchange. We are looking for passionate, customer-focused individuals to join our team and deliver an exceptional shopping experience to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers warmly and provide professional product advice.
  • Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable fragrances.
  • Perform product demonstrations and explain key scent notes and benefits.
  • Ensure the retail area is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing.
  • Handle cashier duties including payments, receipts, and daily closing.
  • Assist in restocking shelves, managing inventory, and receiving goods.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge to support sales.
  • Meet daily/weekly sales targets and contribute to store performance.
  • Support store operations during rotational shifts.

Requirements

  • SPM or equivalent qualification.
  • Prior retail experience (beauty/ cosmetics/perfume industry is an advantage).
  • Good communication skills with a friendly, approachable attitude.
  • Enjoys interacting with customers and has a passion for fragrances.
  • Able to work on shift, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Positive attitude, reliable, and a team player.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1, RM3,000.00 per month
