Store Manager

Job Descriptions:
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and profitability
- Drive sales to meet and exceed targets and KPIs
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints professionally
- Lead, motivate, and manage store staff to perform at their best
- Recruit, train, and onboard new team members
- Schedule shifts and manage staff coverage based on business needs
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment
- Ensure accurate cash handling and daily reconciliation
- Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards
- Analyze sales reports and identify opportunities for improvement
- Implement company policies, procedures, and promotional strategies
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations
- Manage budgets and control store expenses
- Communicate regularly with area or regional managers regarding performance and challenges
- Create a positive and productive working environment for staff
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in any field
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in retail management is required
- Passionate about the retail industry and willing to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, meet strict deadlines, and maintain punctuality
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Willing to work 6 days a week and able to work on rotating shifts
- Willing to be on standby to cover shifts during manpower shortages
