About the Role:

Manages the overall daily operations of the retail store, ensuring smooth performance, excellent customer service, and achievement of sales targets. Oversees staff scheduling, training, inventory management, and visual merchandising to maintain brand standards and operational efficiency

Key Responsibility Areas:

  • Manage and deliver store's sales performance and ensure sales targets are achieved.
  • Conduct daily briefings to communicate goals, promotions, and key updates to the team.
  • Monitor stock availability and ensure timely replenishment to support sales operations.
  • Maintain compliance with store SOPs and ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Supervise, train, and motivate retail staff to achieve high performance and service standards.
  • Maintain visual merchandising displays in line with brand guidelines and promotional activities.
  • Prepare and submit sales and operational reports to the Store Manager.
  • Act as second-in-command in the absence of the Store Manager, handling staff and operational matters.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 4-5 years of total retail experience with a minimum of 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • SPM/Diploma (desirable) in related field or equivalent experience
  • Ability to communicate, influence and negotiate effectively with all levels of leadership.
  • Proven organisational skills – able to manage multiple demands with competing priorities and allocate time effectively.
  • Ability to analyse situations and resolve issues with innovation and creativity
