Daily Operations

  • Oversee day-to-day outlet operations to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Ensure food & beverage preparation, quality, and service meet company standards.
  • Manage staff schedules, work allocation, and shift planning.
  • Handle opening and closing procedures.

2. Staff Management

  • Supervise and support front-line staff during operations.
  • Train new employees on SOPs, service standards, and hygiene practices.
  • Motivate the team to achieve sales and service targets.
  • Monitor staff performance and provide feedback.

3. Customer Service

  • Ensure excellent service standards are consistently delivered.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints or feedback professionally.
  • Build good customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

4. Inventory & Cash Handling

  • Monitor and manage stock levels, place orders when needed.
  • Conduct stock checks and ensure minimal wastage.
  • Handle cash register, perform daily sales reconciliation and reporting.

5. Compliance & Hygiene

  • Ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
  • Ensure staff comply with all SOPs, safety rules, and company policies.

6. Reporting & Administration

  • Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales, manpower, and operations.
  • Assist Store Manager with administrative tasks and operational planning.
  • Report equipment or maintenance issues promptly.

7. Leadership & Support

  • Act as the person in charge when the Store Manager is not around.
  • Support the Manager in driving sales, controlling costs, and achieving KPIs.
  • Contribute ideas to improve efficiency, service, and customer experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2, RM4,000.00 per month
