Job Title: Store Assistant – E-Commerce

Department: E-Commerce / Fulfillment

Reporting To: Store Supervisor / Fulfillment

Job Summary:

The Store Assistant supports the daily operations of the e-commerce warehouse by ensuring efficient handling, storage, and dispatch of goods. This role involves maintaining accurate inventory records, assisting in order fulfillment, and upholding a clean and organized warehouse environment to ensure smooth and timely delivery operations.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Pick, pack, and prepare goods for e-commerce order fulfillment according to standard operating procedures.
  • Stock, organize, and rearrange products within the warehouse to optimize space and accessibility.
  • Load and unload goods from the warehouse for delivery and receiving.
  • Assist the e-commerce fulfillment team in daily operational activities.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment at all times.

Weekly Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock accurately against purchase orders.
  • Organize and store inventory systematically for easy retrieval.
  • Update and maintain accurate inventory records in the system.
  • Monitor and manage inventory control to prevent discrepancies or stock shortages.

Monthly Responsibilities:

  • Conduct monthly stock takes to verify physical stock against system records.
  • Reconcile discrepancies and report findings to the supervisor.
  • Continue to monitor and update inventory records to ensure accuracy and accountability.

Ad-Hoc Tasks:

  • Support urgent order fulfillment and delivery requirements as assigned.
  • Assist in other warehouse or logistics activities as needed to support business operations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
  • Prior experience in warehouse or e-commerce fulfillment operations preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory management and stock control processes.
  • Physically fit and able to handle goods and warehouse equipment safely.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with good communication and time management skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1, RM2,500.00 per month
