Role Description

The Concierge role is an on-site, full-time position located in WP. Kuala Lumpur. Responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer service by assisting employees, guests, and clients in a professional and timely manner. Duties involve managing reception and concierge services, handling reservations for meeting rooms and events, responding to inquiries, and ensuring a smooth experience for visitors. The role also involves maintaining clear communication and collaborating with different departments to address client needs effectively. A polished and welcoming demeanor is vital for success in this position.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Concierge Services and handling Reservations
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Receptionist Duties and front desk management
  • Ability to work in a client-facing role with professionalism and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in multitasking and time management
  • Prior experience in a similar role or in a service-oriented industry is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is an advantage
  • Must be able to speak in mandarin
