We're looking for a passionate and professional Office Concierge to be the welcoming face of our organization and ensure a seamless daily office experience for our team and guests.

What You'll Do

  • Welcome and assist visitors with warmth, professionalism, and poise.
  • Manage front desk operations — calls, messages, appointments, and deliveries.
  • Maintain a tidy, elegant office environment that reflects Iseigur's brand aesthetics.
  • Support administrative coordination for meetings, travel, and events.
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth daily office operations.
  • Handle basic hospitality — refreshments, guest coordination, and meeting room setup.

Requirements

  • Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field.
  • Have experience in front desk, reception, or office administration (fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome to apply).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — confident in interacting with guests and colleagues at all levels.
  • Must be able to speak Chinese, English, and Malay
  • Professional appearance and grooming consistent with a light-luxury brand image.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3, RM4,500.00 per month
