About the Role:

We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst / Business Administration Executive to support our Sales and Key Account teams. This role plays a key part in client onboarding, data management, and cross-department coordination to ensure smooth operations and an outstanding client experience.

If you enjoy analyzing data, improving processes, and working closely with multiple teams to achieve the project goal, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Client Setup & Operations Support

  • Manage end-to-end client onboarding and setup process.
  • Ensure all client information, documentation, and approvals are accurate and complete.
  • Update and maintain client data in CRM systems and internal databases.
  • Coordinate closely with Finance to verify billing and payment setup details.
  • Follow up on pending client information, tasks, and internal requests.

Sales & Account Support

  • Provide administrative and operational support to Sales Executives and Key Account Managers.
  • Assist with preparation of quotations, proposals, reports, and presentations.
  • Support meeting coordination and client communications when required.
  • Act as a bridge between sales, finance, operations, and other internal teams.
  • Help identify and resolve issues related to client accounts, processes, or data.

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Conduct basic sales and business analysis for management reporting.
  • Prepare regular reports to support business planning and performance tracking.
  • Assist in improving internal workflows, data accuracy, and system efficiency.

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM / Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Management, or related fields.
  • Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
  • Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with interest in data and process improvement.
  • Able to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with strong sense of responsibility and willingness to learn.
  • Language proficiency: English & Mandarin (to support Mandarin-speaking clients).

Preferred Background

  • Experience in Business Support, Business Analytics, Sales Operations, or Admin roles.
  • Basic knowledge of Excel, reporting tools, or CRM systems is a plus.
  • Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply — training provided.
