**PERSONAL ASSISTANT**
**Job description**:
- Calendar management for HODs
- Facilitate internal & external meeting arrangements (venue, refreshments, and other logistics)
- Coordinate travel arrangements / business trips.
- Attend & take minutes of meeting for weekly / monthly meetings & assist to follow up on action items.
- Assist HOD on expenses & claim reimbursements.
- Receive, monitor, organize and track documents to ensure proper handling with regards to approval, distribution
- Assist with preparation of presentations or documents.
- Department Administrator:
- Billing admin - To ensure payment request arrangement is made on time for department’s monthly & yearly subscriptions paid by company’s credit card.
- Ideate, execute & coordinate department’s engagement activities in accordance with budget allocation.
- Assist to raise Purchase Request for OPEX items.
- Coordinate purchases of item to be delivered to department staff according to occasion (gift for newborn /hospitalization/ death of family member)
- SPOC for department’s Risk Coordinator, IM & Privacy representative, and Business Continuity coordinator
- Support & provide team members with clarification on enquiries pertaining to any general or HR related enquiries.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma / Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- **2 to 5 years of experience as Business Support / PA.**
- Proficiency in using MS Office and advanced technology tools.
- Good communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to details.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Capability of influence.
- Good and able to work under pressure.
- Willing to take on a new challenge.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
