**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage and maintain the consultant's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for meetings.
- Assist in project management tasks, including tracking deadlines and deliverables.
- Conduct research and gather information to support various consulting projects.
- Maintain filing systems and databases, ensuring all documents are organized and accessible.
- Coordinate office activities and events, including team meetings and client engagements.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Support the team with administrative tasks as needed.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably within a consulting or professional services environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High degree of professionalism and integrity.
Schedule:
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
