Personal Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage the Director’s calendar, including scheduling and prioritizing meetings, appointments, and events.
- Coordinate complex travel arrangements, including accommodations, transportation, and detailed itineraries.
- Prepare meeting documents, draft agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.
- Provide personal support to the Director, including management of private appointments and personal errands.
- Maintain confidential and organized filing systems—both digital and physical.
- Monitor and replenish office supplies, procure necessary items, and support daily office operations in accordance with company policies.
- Process and reconcile expense reports, invoices, and reimbursements promptly and accurately.
- Liaise professionally with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the Director.
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and executive summaries as needed.
**Requirements**:
- Must be female.
- Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- Possession of your own personal transportation is preferable.
- The position requires flexible working hours and the ability to travel or work outstation when necessary to support the Director’s responsibilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintains a consistently professional appearance and demeanor.
- Demonstrated discretion and integrity in handling sensitive and confidential information.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
