Our Technology Department (InternetToo Sdn. Bhd.) develops and maintains software systems that power our operations and digital transformation.
We are looking for a proactive and analytical IT Business Analyst to join our team. You will work closely with the departments, developers, and business users to design, document, and improve systems that support our operational and business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements for new or existing systems and applications.
- Translate business needs into detailed documentation — including Business Requirement Documents (BRD), System Requirement Specifications (SRS), process flows, and wireframes.
- Assist in system and process design, ensuring alignment with operational workflows.
- Work with the development team to clarify requirements and support implementation.
- Support testing activities by preparing test cases and validating functionality against requirements.
- Create and maintain system documentation, user guides, and training materials.
- Identify gaps, inefficiencies, or improvement opportunities within existing systems.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Helps ensure system quality by validating features, writing test cases, and coordinating UAT.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Analyst, System Analyst, or Software Project roles.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile development and documentation best practices.
- Ability to map business workflows, create wireframes, and translate ideas into clear specifications.
- Excellent analytical thinking and communication skills.
- Familiar with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, , or similar.
- Basic understanding of web and mobile app technologies (e.g. React, , Flutter, SQL, APIs) is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
