Join one of Malaysia's leading digital finance and technology companies, home to the country's #1 digital wallet app. The team is looking for a passionate and experienced iOS Team Lead to drive the design, architecture, and development of innovative mobile features that shape the future of digital payments and everyday convenience.

As the iOS Team Lead, you'll balance hands-on technical work with leadership responsibilities—guiding a team of 8–10 iOS engineers, ensuring high-quality delivery, and fostering best practices in mobile architecture, performance, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end development of native iOS applications using Swift and SwiftUI.
  • Architect and implement scalable, modular, and maintainable solutions following best practices like MVVMC, VIPER, and SOLID principles.
  • Oversee SDK development and integration while optimizing build times for both development and release builds.
  • Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and backend teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
  • Ensure app performance, stability, and responsiveness across all iOS devices and OS versions.
  • Implement robust unit and integration testing practices using frameworks like XCTest.
  • Stay updated with the latest iOS trends and technologies from WWDC, driving continuous improvements.
  • Mentor and coach developers, fostering technical growth and collaboration within the team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of iOS development experience, with strong expertise in Swift, Xcode, and iOS SDKs.
  • 5+ years of leading/managing a team.
  • Deep understanding of design patterns, UI/UX principles, and asynchronous programming (e.g., Combine, GCD).
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and modern testing tools.
  • Proven experience leading or mentoring engineering teams.
