Team Lead – Mandarin Speaker

Salary:
RM 4,400 + RM 500 (Language Allowance) + RM 500 (Position Allowance)

Shift:
Rotational Shifts

  • Morning: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Night: 1:00 AM – 10:00 AM
  • Intake Date:
    3rd November

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of front-line agents to achieve daily performance targets and KPIs.
  • Act as a point of escalation for Mandarin-speaking customers and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Monitor and evaluate team performance through regular coaching and feedback.
  • Manage daily team operations, including shift scheduling, adherence, and productivity.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Mandarin
    (both spoken and written) and proficient in English.
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or team lead role, preferably in a BPO, contact centre, or customer service environment.
