Senior Executive, Marketing Specialist

The Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing and managing marketing campaigns that promote the products and services of the company. This role requires creativity, analytical skills and a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies and products to drive product and brand awareness across all distribution channels and front-end platform (SAT) by ensuring it aligns with company guidelines / regulatory and risk appetite.

You'll Be Responsible For

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, print, and social media.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling content and promotional materials.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
• Create engaging content for videos, flyers, brochures, social media and other marketing materials.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand/company/regulatory guidelines and messaging.
• Manage and optimize digital marketing efforts including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising.
• Monitor and report on website analytics and digital campaign performance.
• Assist in maintaining and enhancing the company's brand image and reputation.
• Ensure consistency in product and branding across all marketing & distribution channels.
• Plan and execute marketing events such as exhibitions, and product launches.
• Coordinate logistics and promotional activities for events.
• Optimize user experience by identifying pain points and proposing solutions.
• Any other duties as and when deemed necessary and as required by HOD.

Important To Your Success

• Bachelor Degree in Marketing Business Insurance or related discipline
• 2 - 5 years of working experience in financial services is a strong plus, non-motor product marketing especially valuable.
• Good communication written and verbal, able to simplify complex insurance concepts.
• Ability to innovate promotional campaigns, Project Management and ability to handle multiple tasks and campaigns.
• Readiness to travel whenever needed to conduct briefing or training to intermediaries.
• Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT or Copilot is an added advantage
