About the role

Country Garden Pacificview Sdn Bhd, a leading property development company, is seeking a talented Digital Marketing & Events Executive (Senior Exec / Manager) to join our dynamic team in Forest City, Johor. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional digital marketing campaigns and organising engaging events to promote our prestigious developments.

What you'll be doing

  1. Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and online advertising platforms.
  2. Develop and manage content calendars, ensuring consistent brand voice and timely posting.
  3. Utilize AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva Magic Studio, Midjourney, Notion AI, etc.) for campaign ideation, visual design, and performance optimization.
  4. Coordinate and organize corporate events, product launches, and marketing activations from concept to execution.
  5. Work closely with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth event operations.
  6. Design and produce marketing materials (banners, posters, social media visuals, etc.) using AI-assisted and traditional design tools.
  7. Monitor campaign and event performance; prepare analytical reports with improvement recommendations.
  8. Stay updated with the latest AI, digital marketing, and event trends to continuously enhance campaign effectiveness.

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing and event management, preferably in the property or luxury lifestyle industries
  2. Proven track record in developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns across various platforms
  3. Excellent event planning and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines
  4. Strong creative and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work
  5. Proficient in using digital marketing tools, such as Google Analytics, social media platforms, and content management systems
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  7. Fluency in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages. "We are looking for Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers."
