We are seeking a creative Content Specialist
to join our team to help craft impactful content that resonates with our audience and drives engagement. You will collaborate closely with the marketing and creative teams to develop engaging storytelling across various platforms that support our brand and marketing goals. This role requires a mix of creativity, strong communication skills, and an understanding of digital marketing trends and strategies.

Job Description

  1. Content Creation & Direction

  2. Plan, script, and storyboard engaging video content tailored to each platform (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook).

  3. Collaborate closely with the video team to direct shoots and ensure the final output aligns with brand tone and creative objectives.

  4. Review first cuts of edited videos and provide constructive feedback to maintain quality and viewer engagement.

  5. Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  6. Analyze weekly and monthly performance metrics to evaluate content effectiveness and identify optimization opportunities.

  7. Develop actionable reports and insights, presenting recommendations to refine and evolve the content strategy.

  8. Trend Research & Integration

  9. Stay up-to-date with platform-specific trends, formats, memes, and relevant cultural moments.

  10. Curate and distribute trending content via the Digital Management System (DMS) for team inspiration and reference.

  11. Seamlessly integrate relevant trends into the content strategy to boost engagement and reach.

  12. Content Optimization

  13. Enhance video content for maximum visibility and interaction, in line with each platform's algorithm.

  14. Leverage metadata, post timing, and other performance drivers to improve content results.

  15. PUGC Management (Professionally User-Generated Content)

  16. Support the creation of high-performing, authentic, user-style content.

  17. Ensure all PUGC aligns with brand standards and meets overall content quality expectations.

  18. Additional Responsibilities

  19. Contribute to broader creative initiatives and company projects as needed.

  20. Participate in brainstorming sessions, collaborative meetings, and creative reviews.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in creating social media content.
  • Understanding on the requirements and needs of local demographic on social media trends,
  • Good knowledge in skincare product would be advantage
  • Experience in managing social media account, specifically Instagram
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, proactive and quick learner.
  • A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
