We're looking for a creative mind who lives and breathes social media, someone who knows how to turn beauty trends into scroll-stopping content that sells and inspires.

  1. Content Judgement & Proposal

Independently create and evaluate content with a clear understanding of effective content (product positioning, selling points, etc.), validated by market results, and propose innovative hooks and high-quality impression and S-Level content that align with brand strategy to boost engagement.

  1. Execution Ability

Demonstrate strong execution skills in content creation, proficient in production and filming techniques, and turning concepts into engaging visuals.

  1. Content Insight & Trending Content Integration

Quickly capture platform trends, societal emotions, and high-performing 3-second impressions, integrating these insights into content that drives viral success and enhances engagement.

  1. Data Review & Improvement

Analyze performance data for assigned accounts to identify areas for improvement. Propose and implement effective strategies for better performance.

  1. Task Management

Ensure all tasks within assigned accounts are executed effectively by the team, maintaining high-quality content production standards and meeting deadlines.

  1. Account Problem-Solving

Identify and analyze account-related issues, propose practical solutions, and drive improvements in content and account performance.

  1. Mentorship

Guide and train junior content specialists, ensuring skill development and alignment with the brand's overall strategy and vision.

  1. Additional Responsibilities

Undertake other tasks or projects as assigned based on evolving business needs.
