Role Summary: Senior Content Creator & Digital Marketing Specialist (Kepong, KL)

Our client, a leading healthcare provider with operations in Malaysia and Indonesia, seeks a creative and strategic marketing professional to strengthen their digital presence and brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute branding and social media strategies to enhance online visibility.
  • Create engaging, visually appealing content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, XHS, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Manage and monitor social media accounts, ensuring timely engagement with audiences.
  • Analyse performance metrics to refine campaigns using data-driven insights.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints, including website content.
  • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing and social media trends.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Bachelor's in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 3–5 years' experience in digital marketing or social media (healthcare industry experience is an advantage).
  • Proven success in running impactful online campaigns.
  • Strong content creation, writing, and visual communication skills.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools, social media management systems, and graphic design software.
  • Strategic thinker with collaborative mindset and passion for digital innovation.

Remuneration & Benefits:

  • Salary: RM7,000 – RM10,000 (based on experience) + incentives & commission
  • Benefits: EPF, SOCSO, EIS, allowances
  • Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm (5-day work week)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM7, RM10,000.00 per month
